This pyramid represents the fundamental steps of our growth and fulfillment.
Throughout my journey, I have come to realize an essential truth: everything begins with oneself. Inner transformation is not a quest for external validation but a path toward deep self-acceptance.
Unlike Maslow’s pyramid, which emphasizes security through employment, belonging, and social recognition, I have developed a reversed approach. One can have financial stability, friends, and family, yet still feel profoundly insecure. True strength comes from inner transformation, where self-acceptance, resilience, and inner peace become the foundation of our openness to others and the world.
Security, well-being, and peace are not found elsewhere—they already exist within us, provided we learn to recognize and cultivate them.
And it is this authentic self-acceptance that opens us to others, to the world, in a dynamic of kindness and compassion. Because in truly knowing ourselves, we learn to welcome and understand others with greater clarity and depth.
